The trust indenture by and between A. B. Schnitzius, as trustor, and Dr. R. J. Wolf,
A. B. Schnitzius, Patrick Sharp, Floyd Rollings, and A. H. Wilkinson, as trustees,
dated April 15, 1977, creating the Memorial Regional Hospital Authority, a copy of
which is on file in the office of the city clerk, wherein the City of Collinsville,
Oklahoma, is declared to be the beneficiary of the trust, be and the same is hereby
approved and the City of Collinsville, Oklahoma, accepts the trust as the beneficiary
thereof.
